Step 1 Establish centric contacts and cusp heights

Step 3 The Distal-Buccal cusp is then waxed paying attention to Protrusion (Black), Laterotrusion (Blue) and Retrusive Surtrusion (Pink).

Step 4 The Mesial-Lingual cusp is then waxed paying attention to Protrusion (Black), Laterotrusion (Blue) and Medio-Trusion (Red).

Step 5 Full Wax-up The Distal-Lingual cusp is then waxed paying attention to Protrusion (Black), and Laterotrusion (Blue).
