GTC  3rd and 4th graders see government branches!

Ms. Jenny Villagomez (4th grade) and Ms. Debra Moore's (3rd grade) classes visit the major CNMI government branches.

 

Third and fourth graders visited the CNMI Superior Court and met Judge Edward Manibusan on May 9, 2002 to learn about the roles and responsibilities of the judicial branch of government.

 

 

Also, on May 9th the students met with Lt. Muna of DPS to further understand the enforcement arm of the judicial branch of government.

 

 

 

 

On May 29, 2002, the students visited The House of Representatives and met with Congresswomen Gloria Cabrera, Precinct 4 Representative.  The students learned about the roles and duties of the legislative branch of government. 

 

 

Also on May 29th, the students met with Governor Juan Babuata and Lt. Governor Diego Benavente to discuss the roles and responsibilities of the executive branch of government.
