Halsey family Coat of Arms
Thomas Halsey, our Puritan ancestor, was the fourth son of Robert and Dorothy,whose children were fourteen in number. The eldest was William, who was baptized in 1590 and died in 1637. The second brother was Duncomb, The third brother was James.
To William and James was granted on January 22nd, 1633, the family coat of arms.

The Garrison family has a long history in America from both sides of the family name.Grandma Garrison being a direct descendant of the Halsey namesake.
