Well somebody had to do it...Welcome to TEKHEADZ Central, the home of the Unofficial TEKWAR Web Site! TEKWAR, the creation of William Shatner back in '88 has finally earned a home in cyberspace. Not just devoted to praising or ripping on Shatner (there's plenty of that on the George Takei home page...), or just a nifty spot to download the latest patch to the CD-ROM Game (although we can link you to some demo sites), no, this site explores the entire TEK Spectrum as well as its individual parts.

O.K., people who thought I was gonna tell them all about saipan or those of you who were just sucked in by the wacky title, the next boat leaves in five minutes. However if you would like to know a little more about this whole "TEK thing" because it just might help you out when you make it on 'Jeopardy', your in for a treat! And uh, don't forget to phrase your answer in the form of a question...('I'll take Shatner hobbies for $500,Alex...').

Kidding aside, a writers strike during the making of "Star Trek 5," prompted Sci-Fi icon William Shatner to try his hand at creating his own sci-fi universe. 8 books, 4 TV movies, 18 tv episodes, various trading cards and a CD-ROM later, TEKWAR has carved out its own impressive nitch in in the genre of science fiction.

I'll try not to overuse the word genre if I can help it...
